The responsibilities of the Customer Service BDC Representative is :

*Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

*Striving to successfully book appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.

*Giving an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.

*Successfully managing tasks in a high pressure environment.

*1 Years Experience in customer relations preferred.

*Experience with CRM tools

*Experience with Dealer Socket

*Positive attitude.

*Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

*Willingness to obtain product knowledge, as well as great organizational skills.

*Ability to multi-task.

*Punctuality is a MUST
