Job Description

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Service (BDC) Rep at our Bay Ridge Nissan Brooklyn, NY Dealerships .

The responsibilities of this position include:
*Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
*Striving to successfully book appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.
*Giving an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.
*Successfully managing tasks in a high pressure environment.

40 hour work week (M-F 8am-5pm)

Walk In's are Welcomed Monday-Friday 10am-4:30pm

Business Professional attire is recommended. Please bring an updated copy of your resume along with you.

*Bi-lingual with Mandarin is a plus
