Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) at our Audi Brooklyn dealership in Brooklyn, NY!

The responsibilities of the Business Development Coordinator (BDC) include:
*Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
*Striving to successfully book appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.
*Giving an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.
*Successfully managing tasks in a high pressure environment.
40 hour work week (M-F 8am-5pm)

*Experience in customer relations preferred
.*Positive attitude
.*Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
*Willingness to obtain product knowledge, as well as great organizational skills
.*Ability to multi-task.
*Punctuality is a MUST
*Bi-lingual with Mandarin or Russian is a plus
