Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Service (BDC) Rep at our Luxury Lexus, Toyota and Honda Dealerships.
The responsibilities of this position include:
*Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
*Striving to successfully book appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.
*Giving an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.
*Successfully managing tasks in a high pressure environment.
*Experience in customer relations preferred.
*Positive attitude.
*Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
*Willingness to obtain product knowledge, as well as great organizational skills.
*Ability to multi-task.
*Punctuality is a MUST
*Bi-lingual with Russian is a plus*
