Job Description

The Automotive Office Manager processes and generates financial data for all dealership departments to create a clear report of the accurate financial condition of the business. This position is classified as exempt from applicable wage and hour laws. Following is a list of certain minimum required duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position, subject to applicable law. Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel

  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures

  • Assists in compiling financial data monthly according to dealership guidelines for the financial statement and the manufacturer's format and time frame

  • Responsible for the reconciliation of the bank accounts daily

  • Reconciles assets and liabilities on a daily basis

  • Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warrant claims, rebates, and incentives are current and accurate

  • Ensures compliance with all government regulations

  • Assists accounting personnel to ensure all schedules are reconciled on a timely basis

  • Complies with Bram Auto Group's accounting standards

  • Generates a timely and accurate financial statement monthly
