Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative (BDC) at our Bay Ridge Toyota Dealership!

The responsibilities of the Business Development Representative (BDC):

  • Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

  • Striving to successfully book appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.

  • Giving an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.

  • Successfully managing tasks in a high pressure environment.

40 hour work week (M-F 8am-5pm)

  • Experience in Inside Sales/Telemarketing preferred

  • Positive attitude

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Willingness to obtain product knowledge, as well as great organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Punctuality is a MUST

  • Bi-lingual in any language is a plus
