Job Description


The Deal Packager is responsible for accurately packaging all dealership deals and providing clerical support within the Accounting office. This position is classified as non-exempt from applicable wage and hour laws. Following is a list of certain minimum required duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position, subject to applicable law. This list is not all inclusive and may be amended or supplemented as business needs dictate.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for packaging deals accurately and accordingly (separating paperwork for bank, motor vehicle, and biller)

  • Posts all new and used vehicle inventories

  • Data entry for all warranties purchased as part of a customer's deal

  • Processes and maintains clean accounting schedules

  • Maintains list of items needed from customer deals

  • Responsible for the cancellation and submissions of warranty products

  • Performs other accounting and administrative functions as directed by Office Manager
